01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the y388 online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by y388 ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform is accessible at y388.net and through any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the y388 registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their contents.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. y388 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to y388 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. y388 operates a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from y388 permanently.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of y388 or any of its associated gaming providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

y388 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) y388 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your y388 username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your account or device while logged in.
• Keeping your registered contact details, payment method information, and personal details current and accurate.

y388 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify y388 support at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

y388 reserves the right to carry out periodic account reviews. During such reviews, your account may be temporarily restricted while verification is completed. y388 will communicate the reason for any restriction and the documentation required to resolve it.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on y388 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y388 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Cash OTC.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.
• Deposits are credited to your y388 account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform.
• y388 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• y388 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account level based on responsible gaming assessments.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• y388 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud checks.
• Processing timeframes vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfers typically process within the same business day.
• y388 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside y388's control.

Any funds deposited to y388 that cannot be matched to a valid registered account will be held in suspense and returned to the originating payment method after a reasonable investigation period.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

y388 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general bonus conditions apply across all y388 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who meet the stated criteria at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Wagering on restricted games will not contribute to bonus turnover requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• y388 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies, or exploiting software errors — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the y388 Platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, sports betting, and any other game format — operate under the specific rules applicable to each game type. These rules are accessible within each game interface.

y388 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are conducted with real dealers under monitored conditions. y388 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined by the underlying certified game engines provided by our software partners.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding unless a demonstrable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, y388's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the stake will be returned.
• y388 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or outcomes that were offered due to a system or pricing error.
• For sports betting, y388 follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances, the specific sport's settlement rules apply.

Any dispute regarding a game result or settlement must be raised with y388 support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y388 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or disputed transactions made in bad faith.
• Attempting to launder money or use y388 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to y388 support.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by y388.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing y388 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Opening accounts in another person's name or providing false identity information.

y388 actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection systems operate continuously and supplement manual review by the y388 compliance team. y388 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected criminal activity.

08 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, and data made available through the y388 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of y388 or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• The y388 brand name, logo, and visual identity.
• Website design, layout, user interface elements, and source code.
• Game content provided under licence from third-party software providers.
• Promotional materials, text, graphics, and multimedia content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of y388 intellectual property will be treated as infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y388 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content, pricing, or odds that do not arise from y388's wilful misconduct.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data, unauthorised access, or security breaches resulting from circumstances beyond y388's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits y388's liability for death or personal injury caused by y388's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. y388's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to y388 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

y388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the well-being of all its players. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and is not a means of generating income. y388 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to be aware of the risks associated with gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all y388 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Privacy & Data

y388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, y388 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals and preventing financial fraud.
• Delivering customer support services and responding to account queries.
• Meeting anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and regulatory reporting requirements.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

y388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or financial crime is suspected or confirmed.
• A player has been identified on a self-exclusion register or has requested self-exclusion directly.
• A player has failed to complete required identity or payment verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be forfeited at y388's discretion after investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach (e.g., y388 ceasing operations in a territory), real money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting y388 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to Terms

y388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, y388 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which y388 is licensed to operate. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to their use of the Platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and y388, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in y388's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.

15 Contact & Complaints

y388 takes player complaints seriously. If you have a concern or complaint regarding the Platform, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter, please follow this process:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise your concern directly with y388 support. Our team is available 24/7 and will aim to resolve your issue at first contact.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your account username, a full description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If your formal complaint is not resolved within fourteen (14) business days, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism in your applicable licensing jurisdiction.

y388 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, y388 will communicate progress updates at reasonable intervals.
